The first golf course in Budapest (or the second!)

 Installation of irrigation system of Highland Golf Course has been finished. The design and installation was carried out by Technoconsult Ltd. with the use of Rain Bird golf irrigation equipments. The golf course contains a large driving range, three Par3 practicing courses and the main,  9 hole course. This site could become a major golf center in Hungary. The investor had choosen Rain Bird type irrigation system after careful examination. The irrigation system is operating with Eagle 700 and 900 heads, which can be programmed one by one from the decoder controller located inside the club-house. The Highland golf course is the first one in Budapest, at the moment. However,  Budapest had an up-to-date golf course at Széchenyi-hill built around 1900 (that was the very first golf course), but destroyed systematically by the communist government in 1948.
